Payment Method Policy

At Toyk, we strive to make the payment process seamless and secure for all our clients. Below are our accepted payment methods and guidelines:

  1. Payments can be made via Wise transfer, ACH transfer, and wire transfer.
  2. We do not accept payments through debit or credit cards to maintain secure and traceable transactions.
  3. Clients are required to ensure all payment details are accurate to avoid delays in processing orders.
  4. Payments must be completed within 5 business days of invoice generation to confirm the order.
  5. All invoices will include our complete bank details for wire transfers, including SWIFT code for international transactions.
  6. For international clients, exchange rates and associated fees may vary depending on the payment method chosen.
  7. Clients are responsible for covering any bank charges incurred during the payment process.
  8. Payment confirmations should be shared with our team via email at official@to-yk.com for timely processing.
  9. Orders will be processed and shipped only after the payment is successfully received.
  10. A 5% discount will be applied to bulk orders meeting the minimum order quantity (MOQ) criteria.

  12. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our business agreement.
