Payment Method Policy
At Toyk, we strive to make the payment process seamless and secure for all our clients. Below are our accepted payment methods and guidelines:
- Payments can be made via Wise transfer, ACH transfer, and wire transfer.
- We do not accept payments through debit or credit cards to maintain secure and traceable transactions.
- Clients are required to ensure all payment details are accurate to avoid delays in processing orders.
- Payments must be completed within 5 business days of invoice generation to confirm the order.
- All invoices will include our complete bank details for wire transfers, including SWIFT code for international transactions.
- For international clients, exchange rates and associated fees may vary depending on the payment method chosen.
- Clients are responsible for covering any bank charges incurred during the payment process.
- Payment confirmations should be shared with our team via email at official@to-yk.com for timely processing.
- Orders will be processed and shipped only after the payment is successfully received.
- A 5% discount will be applied to bulk orders meeting the minimum order quantity (MOQ) criteria.

- All payments are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our business agreement.
